Box Office and Customer Service Manager
£28,000-£32,000 per year
Closing Date 9 November 2026
Permanent, Full Time
About the Organisation
The Queen's Hall is a 900-capacity independent music venue and charity in Edinburgh's Southside. We host around 200 events a year, from rock and pop to classical, folk to jazz and beyond. We host Edinburgh International Festival and Fringe Festival events each August and welcome over 100,000 people.
Our Box Office is often the first point of contact for visitors. We're looking for a Box Office Manager who takes real pride in looking after customers, and who enjoys making things run better.
About the Role
You'll lead our Box Office team, set the standard for the service we give, and make sure every event is built and on sale accurately and on time. You'll work with promoters on allocations and settlements, lead on access bookings, and keep improving how customers book with us — online and in person. You'll report to our Marketing Manager and work closely with colleagues across the building.
We'd like to hear from you if you have experience in a box office, ticketing or similar customer service role, you've managed and trained a team, and you're confident with ticketing systems. Experience of Spektrix is useful but not essential. In return, you'll get 25 days' holiday plus 10 public holidays, workplace pension and complimentary tickets to eligible shows at The Queen's Hall.
