About Momentum
Momentum is an international delegate programme, delivered by British Council Scotland, Creative Scotland and Festivals Edinburgh, on behalf of Edinburgh’s Festivals. It invites key cultural players from across the world to Edinburgh in August to build relationships with Edinburgh’s festivals and the wider Scottish cultural sector.
About the Role
The Momentum Events and Delegate Centre Co-ordinator will plan, organise and host events for international delegates and Scotland-based artists at the Momentum Delegate Centre, hosted at the Grassmarket Community Project in Edinburgh. They will be responsible for liaison with the venue and the key point of contact for all Momentum activity in the Delegate Centre. The role is an important part of a wider team, working to welcome key cultural players from around the world to the Edinburgh Festivals. It would suit someone with experience in events or hospitality and experience, or an interest, in the arts.
