About the Role
Working within the Marketing team, the Ticketing Assistant will assist with the efficient and effective processing of the Festival’s ticketing, managing stakeholder allocations (press, filmmakers, guests and other stakeholders). The role will also work with the Guest Services team and Events team to ensure smooth management of filmmaker ticket requests and coordination of guest ticketing for Opening and Closing Galas.
The Ticketing Assistant sits within the Marketing team, including Marketing Coordinator, Designer, Digital Campaigns Coordinator, Ticketing Coordinator, Picture Editor and Video/Photography team. The role will also collaborate closely with 180 Box Office and Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society’s team to use Red61 as our primary ticketing system.
