About the Organisation
Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF) is the world’s oldest continually running film festival and, in 2024, relaunched as a brand new entity with a new board of industry leaders. Honouring 70+ years of festival history, EIFF showcases the very best filmmaking talent in a re-energised format that is rooted in a local Scottish context whilst embracing the international diversity of creative expression. Helmed by CEO & Festival Director Paul Ridd and Festival Producer Emma Boa, the team works to create a world-class showcase for independent film and filmmaking talent.
About the Role
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Designer, Festival Producer and Festival Director, the Display Coordinator will facilitate a coherent visual presentation of the Festival around multiple venues.
The Display Coordinator ensures promotional material for the films in the EIFF programme and sponsors are displayed around EIFF venues to support the overall marketing activity of the Festival.
The collateral should be displayed effectively (to maximise engagement with audiences), appropriately (in response to the requirements of the Festival, film, venue, sponsor), creatively (maintaining a high standard of presentation and visual consideration) and reach their designated EIFF venues in a timely manner.
The Display Coordinator sits within the Marketing team, including Marketing Coordinator, Designer, Digital Campaigns Coordinator, Ticketing Coordinator, Ticketing Assistant, Picture Editor and Video/Photography team.
