Edinburgh International Book Festival
A stellar line-up of over 300 writers, artists and thinkers from around the globe came together this August [14th to 30th] to share their ideas and stories for a changing world. In this exciting new chapter for the Book Festival, over 250 events - live streamed with in person audiences - took place in three studio theatre spaces at the new Festival home, the University of Edinburgh's Edinburgh College of Art. Around half of participants appeared in person in Edinburgh, while others joined digitally from their homes around the world. Almost all the events in the 2021 Edinburgh International Book Festival programme can be viewed online ‘on demand’ through the Book Festival website. The 2022 Edinburgh International Book Festival will run from Saturday 13 to Monday 29 August from Edinburgh College of Art in Lauriston Place.
