August Festivals Week 4 Round-up

What happened this week at the Edinburgh Festivals:

1. Author Arundhati Roy discussed her literary career and political activism with First Minister Nicola Sturgeon at the Book Festival.

2. The New Zealand Army Band showed us how to Haka at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

3. Sir Simon Rattle and the London Symphony Orchestra dazzled us with a performance of John Adams and Rachmaninov at the Edinburgh International Festival.
