Bargain film tickets for Best of the Fest

As the 2016 Edinburgh International Film Festival reaches its closing weekend, the festival has announced details of its Best of the Fest programme, with tickets at a bargain price.

The Festival ends its 12-day run on Sunday 26 June, and is giving film fans another chance to see some of the most popular movies screened this year, with ticket prices of only £7.

The full line up of Best of the Fest Films (all Sunday 26 June) is as follows:

Ithaca - 11.05, Cineworld 3
Meg Ryan's directorial debut tells of a teenager delivering telegrams in World War II.

The Carer - 12.10, Filmhouse 3
Brian Cox stars as a retired Shakespearean actor suffering from Parkinson's.

Away - 12.45, Odeon 2
Timothy Spall and Juno Temple are two lost souls who find each other in Blackpool.

The Olive Tree - 13.05, Cineworld 3
A moving drama as a determined young farmer travels Europe to reclaim her grandfather's tree.

Maggie's Plan - 13.20, Cineworld 8
A clever and funny love-triangle rom com, starring Julianne Moore.

The First Monday in May - 15.30, Cineworld 8
An enthralling look behind the scenes of the Met Gala, the pinnacle of the fashion world.

Hunt for the Wilderpeople - 18.20, Filmhouse 1
A delightful tale about mismatched pair Ricky and Hec on the run from the New Zealand police.

Moon Dogs - 20.25, Cineworld 3
This anarchic coming-of-age story is set in some stunning Scottish locations.

Belladonna of Sadness - 20.30, Odeon 2
A restored version of this surreal and innovative Japanese anime from 1973.

Mr. Right - 20.30, Cineworld 11
Anna Kendrick and Sam Rockwell star in this fun rom-com with assassinations.

Highlander - 20.45, Cineworld 8
Time travelling immortals battle to be The One in this special 4k restoration.
